Eligibility
Who Can Apply?
Startups and innovative MSMEs meeting the following eligibility criteria are invited to apply for the Novus Founders Program.
Startups and innovative MSMEs incorporated as a Private Limited Company with a valid business registration.
The registered office or principal place of business must be located in West Bengal.
The enterprise should be in the revenue stage, preferably with an ARR of ₹50 lakhs or above.
The enterprise should be in the growth stage, preferably with an ARR of ₹3 crore or above.
The business should offer an innovative product, service, technology, or business model that addresses a clearly identified market need or industry challenge.
The enterprise should demonstrate scalability and directly address at least one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
The founders should be fully engaged in the day-to-day operations of the business.
The enterprise should comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
